Helping runners improve skills and reach goals, regardless of their starting point
Run21has long standing and proven training programs that will get a beginning runner from 5k to 10k, a intermediate runner from 10k to 21k, and a long-distance runner from 21k to 42k. We may even turn some walkers into runners.
Our training programs typically run for a period of 28 weeks with suggested activity levels ranging from 3-5 days per week. We offer the training schedule and road map; you provide the dedication and commitment to the program.
Our training programs are based on the theory that training in lower heart rate zones builds speed, strength and endurance. Try it, you’ll like running low!
Your pace is our pace. The group runs at many different paces and no runner is left behind. There will always be someone to run with, and there is always somebody to chase.
