RUNNING STRONG SINCE 1982

Run21Club (Calgary) is a newly formed local Running Club developed to further the longevity of the University of Calgary’s Marathon Training Program (circa 1982), a program that ran strong for 38 years, trained hundreds of local runners, and created long-lasting friendships that continue today.

Those friendships were formed through the common bond of walking, running, hiking, skating, skiing, snowshoeing, golfing, paddling, or more commonly known as leading an “Active Lifestyle” and being healthy, having fun, and enjoying life.

We’re not just “Runners”, we are all of the above.  We are a network of everyday people who enjoy a challenge, don’t mind a commitment, and most importantly, enjoy crossing the finish line with a sense of accomplishment.  Very few of us have ever “won” a race, but we've all shown up at the start line as a participant, volunteer, or proud supporter.

We’re runners, joggers, walkers, both young and old.  Your goal of crossing the finish line is our fuel!

Run21 is a Not for Profit Society that is proud to give back to the community through charity and the support of small businesses and local events.
