Running 101

Perfect for complete beginners. Learn proper form, build endurance safely, and discover the joy of running.

5K / 10K Program

Build your fitness and achieve greater strength and stamina for running 5 and 10Km distances. Your program will build toward the club’s targeted events. You’ll ease into the overall group program, focusing on base building and speed work.

Half Marathon

A most popular race distance on its own, and a potential stepping stone to the Marathon – you will learn to run progressively longer distances, safely and with purpose. An increased focus on quality training, building endurance and nutritional planning are the name of this game.

Marathon

The big one. Training for this distance requires a long, steady run-up to 42.2km, taking several months. Run21 Club takes a measured approach, encouraging moving up from the 1/2 Marathon earlier in the season. Dialling up the training volume and fine-tuning pacing, nutrition, hydration, and mental preparation are the focus here.
