Not at all! Our 10K program welcomes complete beginners. We have pace groups for all levels and our coaches will help you find the right starting point.

Your membership includes all group training sessions, coaching guidance, training plans, pace group support, and access to our post-run social events.

We organize runners into groups based on comfortable pace and fitness level. This ensures everyone has training partners and no one gets left behind.

Life happens! Our coaches will help you adjust your training plan to stay on track for race day.

Yes! Our programs include basic nutrition guidance for training and race day fueling, as we have an in-house sport nutritionist. We can also connect you with local nutritionists for more detailed support.
